Shipping policy

Every piece is printed and framed to order, so there is a short production stage before anything ships. The timeline below is production plus transit.
Production time
Orders go into production once payment is confirmed. Framed prints are typically produced within 2–5 business days. Larger sizes and specialty frames can take slightly longer.
We produce in facilities close to the destination wherever possible, which usually shortens transit and avoids cross-border delays.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, typical transit is:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe and United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Peak periods, customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size of the piece and the destination. Larger framed work costs more to ship because it is heavier, rigid and packed to protect the glazing and corners.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may attract import duties, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in the price or the shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance or mark parcels as gifts.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can usually correct an address before production starts — contact us immediately. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it, and a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a reshipping charge.
We do not ship to PO boxes for framed items, as the carriers used for rigid packaging require a street address.
Multiple items
Orders with several pieces may ship in separate parcels, sometimes from different facilities, and may arrive on different days. You are not charged extra for a split shipment.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
Framed work is packed with corner protection and rigid board, but transit damage occasionally happens. If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs of the item and the box within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then contact us — we will open a claim with the carrier.
